Refund policy

Effective Date: June 2026

At Chanter Vision Publishing, LLC, many of our products are made to order or released in limited quantities. Because of this, our return and refund policy varies by product type.

Eligible Claims

The following products may be eligible for a replacement or refund only if they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive an item that does not match your order:

  • Apparel

  • Drinkware (including mugs, tumblers, and similar products)

  • Tote bags

  • Stickers

  • Physical books

  • Any other made-to-order products sold by Chanter Vision Publishing, LLC, unless otherwise identified as final sale under this policy.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and the issue

Once we review your claim, we'll determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement or refund under this policy.

Returns & Final Sale

Because many of our products are made to order or released in limited quantities, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Selecting the wrong size, color, or product option when placing an order

The following products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds for the reasons listed above:

  • Music products (including CDs and future digital music releases)

  • Audiobooks and digital downloads

  • Midnight Archive products

  • Any limited edition or collectible products released by Chanter Vision Publishing, LLC.

If one of these products arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that does not match your order, you may still submit a claim under the Eligible Claims section of this policy.

Fraud Prevention

Chanter Vision Publishing, LLC reserves the right to deny claims that are fraudulent, abusive, unsupported by the required documentation, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy.

Attempting to obtain a refund or replacement through false, misleading, or fraudulent information—including altered photographs, false claims of non-delivery, or other deceptive practices—may result in the denial of your claim, cancellation of future orders, refusal of future service, and, where appropriate, referral to payment processors, shipping carriers, marketplace platforms, or law enforcement.
