Many of our products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed, which helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a carefully curated catalog. Because of this, production and shipping times may vary depending on the product and your destination.
Processing & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation and shipment notification emails. We're unable to guarantee specific delivery dates, as production and transit times depend on product type, destination, carrier conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
Shipping Carriers
We work with a network of fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to deliver your order. The specific carrier used depends on the product and your location.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for eligible products and destinations. Available shipping options are presented during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control cannot be guaranteed against, we'll work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue.
